Great quality

I'm writing this review right after I received my lovely K2.
Pros:
- Really fast shipping to Europe (it took only 8 calendar days).
- Mine is a version with a non-aluminum frame and blue switches, and overall build quality is outstanding. Everything is solid, and the plastic used for the build is extremely well molded.
- Blue switches IMHO are great and the process of changing keys for Windows layout is a piece of cake.
- Connectivity via Bluetooth on Win 11 and MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk is a dream, I haven't noticed any issues.
- The box and the provided utensils feel great.
- The wooden palm (again excellent quality) rest is maybe a little wider than the plastic version of the keyboard, but differences in width are very small (about 3-5 mm on each side), so no issues here.
- It works with Linux, at least with Kali distribution.
Cons:
- Well, the backlight on the black keycaps is a little less bright and symbols carved on those blacks aren't as sharp as on the white ones, but this is mentioned on the Keychron website, so I knew what to expect, but still I think it is something that could be improved.
- The backlight on the black Fs in the lower part of the keycap is dimmer than it is on the upper part.
Generally speaking I'm very happy with this buy (this is my first 75% keyboard) and now I'm waiting for the wireless mouse.

Clicky-licious

Recently picked up a Keychron K2 hot swappable along with the Retro-styled keycaps and wooden wrist rest.
My god how nice this setup is, the whole typing experience is next level and has made me want to write a novel, I won't be, nobody needs to be subjected to that haha.
Love this setup.

Would love a set of these retro styled keycaps for the K3 V2 Low Profile Keyboard, that would be the ultime travel companion to my Macbook Pro.

Great entry into a rabbit hole of a hobby

This is my first mechanical keyboard and after extensive research, I'm so happy I settled on the K2 V2 with the aluminium case! Works great out of the box and the build quality is great, however, I will look into modding it in the future. The RGB is bright, the Bluetooth connection is responsive, and the typing experience is super enjoyable.

After contacting customer service for a minor factory issue, I was really impressed with Miya and her customer service team, and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Highly recommend!
